Leeann Tautari
Business Owner/Property Manager
Leeann is a born and bred Southlander, who began working in the Property Management industry in 2002. She is a trusted, experienced Invercargill Property Manager. She has a solid base of property knowledge, the know-how and the skills that are crucial in understanding the industry. Leeann has continued upskilling her knowledge by obtaining a NZ Diploma in Business Level 5 and a NZ Certificate in Residential Property Management.
Leeann’s efficiency, work ethic and attention to detail are second to none and her “can do” attitude will ensure your property is very well cared for and in the safest of hands.
She enjoys building strong relationships with both landlords and tenants and thrives on the day to day challenges and problem-solving that property management offers.
When she is not working you will find her spending time with family and friends, enjoying the outdoors, gardening, and exploring what New Zealand has to offer.
Leeann enjoys supporting and watching her two son’s Hudson and Phoenix in their sporting endeavours.
Amy Morrison
Senior Property Manager
Amy is born and bred in Southland and has thorough local knowledge of Invercargill, its surrounds, and its people. Amy has 18 years of experience working in Property Management and is REINZ Accredited. She is also a fully qualified Property Manager and holds the New Zealand Certificate in Residential Property Management Level 4.
Amy strives to provide a professional and informed service to her clients. She communicates clearly with both landlords and tenants in order to match the right tenant to the right house, and as a landlord herself she knows and fully understands the importance of this. Taking care of people’s valuable assets is an important role she takes seriously. Amy takes great pride in the service she provides and has developed close working relationships with her clients, some of whom have been with her for her entire Property Management career.
Amy spends her spare time with her grandkids and is a trustee of an environmental trust that she participates in regularly.
Emma Thomson
Property Cadet
Emma has lived in Southland her whole life, she has a partner Chris and 3 awesome children Hunter, Sophie, and Ella. They enjoy raising the kids here in the deep south
With a successful career in hairdressing, she brings a wealth of skills to the table.
Her experience has sharpened her attention to detail, enhanced her interpersonal abilities and has taught her how to navigate high pressure situations with grace. Emma’s dedication to building a great relationship has been a cornerstone of her success, both in her career and her personal life.
Emma is looking forward to starting her property cadet journey working alongside the very experienced team here at Rent South with a total of 80+ years of combined experience in the industry.
Suzanne Kempton
Office Executive
Suzanne is your admin go-to and the friendly face you will see as you walk into our office. She has lived in Southland her whole life and enjoys the laid-back pace it offers.
Suzanne began in administration in 1994 for a national real estate company. Her career as a Property Manager started in 2002 and she has come full circle with her career being back in an administration role.
She likes the variety the Property Management industry provides, where no two days are the same. Experience is important in this industry, and with her extensive knowledge, Suzanne provides strong support to the Rent South team. She has two grown up children, Sam and Emily, as well as two cats and a dog. She likes to garden, socialise with family and friends, and be a tourist in our own back yard.
