Yesterday the Associate Minister of Housing Hon Poto Williams released the discussion paper to regulate the industry. After 19 years in the industry, I support this and believe it is long overdue. This will make a positive change for landlords, tenants, and property managers.

I was lucky enough to be contacted last night by RNZ to take part in a short interview with the lovely Karyn Hay.
